My name is Alun,Alun Barrettand I am aFacilitator.
I work with businesses to support where they want to get to. Invariably the business wants their people to deliverextraordinary results. As a rule they have the capacity or the potential but the results are not there. I will work with a business to identify the barriers and overcome them,change the way people thinkand release the potential. What is more I willchallenge the businessto make theresults measurable.
I work with teams to develop the way they work toincrease performance. Facilitating teams to get them intosustainable actionquickly. Helping them define what they do and where they are going.Changing thinkingand challenging the normal way things are done. Makingchange sustainableand theresults measurable.
I work with individuals to make progress easier. Developingmanagement and communication skills.Coaching presentersfor specific presentations making them as effective as they can be. Coaching individuals toimprove performanceandincrease impact. Raising awareness of others and makingcommunication effective. Helping them define what success will look and feel like.
In the past I have built up and run a training and communications company over 20 years, managed a large retail & wholesale business, and prior to that, I worked in outdoor management development. Over the years I have picked up various skills and accreditations which have added to my metaphorical "tool kit" as aFacilitator.
